Dialysis Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and nursing staff in a patient-centered dialysis setting. This role combines hands-on clinical care, team leadership, and quality oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and individualized dialysis treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dialysis clinic operations and patient care
• Supervise and support nursing and interdisciplinary clinical staff
• Ensure all treatments follow regulatory standards, policies, and quality programs (QAPI)
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and competency assessments
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members
• Drive quality improvement, risk management, and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Accredited nursing degree (ADN/ASN or BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• At least 6 months of dialysis experience (1 year preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
