Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location: Houston, Texas |Relocation offered 75+ miles

Schedule: Full-Time | 7pm-7am|3x12's

Compensation: Top-of-Market Pay + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert, compassionate care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor fetal heart tracings and respond to high-risk OB situations
• Assist with vaginal and C-section deliveries
• Educate and support families through every stage of the birth journey
• Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, NICU, and surgical teams
• Maintain clinical excellence through evidence-based practice

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN License
• BSN required
• 3+ year of Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS & ACLS (NRP required or willing to obtain)
• Calm under pressure, strong clinical judgment, and patient-first mindset
• Team player with leadership potential
