Cardiac Sonographer II

Day Shift | Full-Time

Typical Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Summary

The Cardiac Sonographer II performs moderate-complexity cardiac ultrasound exams and procedures. This role requires independent clinical judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to identify and communicate abnormal findings accurately.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in cardiac sonography

Licensure & Certifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography (required)
• BLS certification (required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Experience

• Minimum of one year of cardiac ultrasound experience

Additional Skills

• Experience performing transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and/or stress echocardiograms
