You’ll combine hands-on clinical care with prevention, wellness, and program development — all in a weekday-only schedule designed for long-term balance.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and work-related illnesses
• Perform pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty physicals
• Conduct OSHA-regulated exams (DOT physicals, surveillance exams — training provided)
• Support and consult on workplace wellness initiatives and health hazards
• Prescribe medications, order diagnostic testing, and refer to specialists as appropriate
• Partner with employers to promote workforce safety, health, and prevention

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active Virginia license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in occupational medicine, primary care, orthopedics, or emergency medicine preferred
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, relationship-focused approach
• Interest in blending clinical care with wellness and prevention programs
