Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient-centered care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to work in a setting that prioritizes quality over volume.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional care
• Build rapport with patients and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• New graduates welcome; mentorship available
