Account Executive – Hospice

**Looking for a Fulltime Hospice Account Executive in the Cumberland County PA area!!

**Salary- $80,000-$86,000/year ++ $$incentive plan

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to join a dedicated team committed to high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities to expand the mission of care.
• Education: Prepare and deliver presentations to referral sources regarding the benefits of hospice and home health services.
• Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between referral sources and the clinical team to ensure patient needs are met.
• Quality Assurance: Resolve referral source concerns and monitor relationships for consistency and quality of service.
• Strategy: Collaborate on new programs to meet community needs and submit timely documentation of all contacts and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in Hospice or Home Health sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal communication, and a sense of urgency.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
