We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. This role provides therapeutic care to individuals with a broad range of medical conditions, injuries, and physical limitations.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy services designed to maximize independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate values patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creating positive outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state where services are provided.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Prior clinical experience in physical therapy settings such as hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation environments.
- Additional specialty training or certifications may be beneficial depending on department needs.
