What You Will Do

• Scrub & Lead: Plan for and scrub assigned cardiovascular procedures following AORN and AST standards.
• Expert Operation: Master the use of sterilizers and specialized patient care equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain surgeon preference cards and assist with room turnovers to ensure a seamless OR flow.
• Quality Focus: Drive high-quality performance and participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or military equivalent.
• Certification: Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Life Support: Current BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience.
