Acute Care ER RN – Up to $15K Depending on Shift

Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Full-time • Days, Mids, Nights (Rotating Weekends)

💼 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, quick-thinking Emergency Room RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care. You’ll treat patients with needs ranging from minor injuries to critical or life-threatening conditions — all while collaborating with a phenomenal, supportive ED team.

✨ Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• Develop individualized patient care plans
• Prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients simultaneously
• Provide follow-up instructions and manage referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and care teams to ensure excellent care outcomes
• Maintain patient safety at all times

🎓 Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (FL or compact)
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required
• BLS required before start
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days of hire

📊 Unit Details

• 44 beds total
• 25 ER beds + 18 care path spaces + 4 triage rooms
• Reports to: Director + Day & Night ER Managers
• Multiple openings due to growth (up to 10 roles)
• Open 0–6+ months
