The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Junior Dental Technician to join our model room team. This position is designed as an early career development role, offering a unique entry point into the world of dental prosthetics.

While we have a preference for candidates interested in Removable Prosthetics, we are equally interested in those pursuing Fixed Restoration workflows. This role provides the foundational training necessary to advance into a specialized technician position within the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Fabrication: High-quality pouring of stone models (poured, pinned, and based) from physical and digital impressions.
• Articulation: Mounting models onto various articulators using precise bite registrations to ensure proper occlusion.
• Workflow Management: Organizing and tracking incoming cases to ensure the production floor maintains a steady schedule.
• Equipment Maintenance: Proper cleaning and calibration of model room tools, including vibrators, model trimmers, and vacuum mixers.
• Quality Control: Diligently checking for voids, bubbles, or inaccuracies in impressions before the fabrication process begins.

• Experience: Some level of experience in a dental lab or office setting is ideal, but we are primarily looking for individuals eager to learn and grow.
• Manual Dexterity: A natural aptitude for working with your hands and a high level of patience for fine, detailed tasks.
