$85,000 to $95,000

Schedule: Hybrid | Scheduled work-from-home days available

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing, family-centered ABA organization providing clinic- and home-based services for children with autism. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment while giving clinicians the support they need to focus on therapy—not administrative tasks.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, strong clinical support, and a collaborative environment focused on helping both clients and clinicians thrive. Clinical & Administrative Support

BCBAs are supported by dedicated teams so they can focus on providing excellent care:

• Scheduling Team – Maintains consistent client schedules
• Quality / Documentation Support – Assists with report review, training, and compliance
• Billing Team – Handles claims and reimbursement processing
• Administrative Staff – Reception, floor support, and practicum student assistance
• Behavior Technician Recruiting & Training – Dedicated team hires and trains BTs
• Career Pathway for BTs – Structured development program to ensure strong, well-trained staff
