Now Hiring: Senior Net Revenue Analyst (Hybrid | Houston, TX)

Senior Net Revenue Analyst to join our high-impact finance team.

This is a lead-level role where you’ll influence financial strategy, partner with executive leadership, and drive meaningful insights that shape patient care outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly financial close activities focused on net revenue accuracy & analysis
• Build trend models and analyze rate variances
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and audit schedules
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership through data analysis & reporting
• Support managed care contract performance tracking
• Contribute to revenue cycle initiatives and system implementations
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert

What You Bring

• 7+ years of Net Revenue experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong background in revenue accounting
• Deep understanding of commercial & government reimbursement models
• Experience with Kodiak (Crowe RCA) – REQUIRED
• Advanced analytical and communication skills
• Experience with systems like Excel, Lawson, EPSI, Crowe RCA

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)

CPA or advanced degree – a plus

• Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – onsite Wednesdays)
• Must live locally and be available for onsite needs as required
