Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to support client relationships, business development efforts, and operational coordination within a fast-paced service environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support customer satisfaction, account growth, and organizational objectives.


Core Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Monitor customer engagement trends and assist leadership in developing strategies to improve client retention and business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and documenting all interactions accurately within company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, answer questions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments, manage communication outreach, and support ongoing sales and account management activities.
  • Assist in maintaining service performance goals and customer satisfaction standards across assigned territories or service areas.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to long-term account growth.
  • Support onboarding efforts for new customers, including preparation of welcome materials and follow-up communication.
  • Promote a solution-oriented approach when addressing customer concerns or service challenges.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities through phone outreach, email communication, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Build professional relationships with decision-makers, administrative personnel, and operational staff within target accounts.
  • Manage and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in converting prospects into active customers while supporting ongoing account retention initiatives.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborate with leadership regarding customer feedback, concerns, or account changes requiring immediate attention.
  • Support promotional programs and initiatives designed to expand product or service adoption.
  • Follow up with existing accounts to ensure participation expectations and service commitments are being met.

Planning & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and organize sales and marketing materials prior to outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, account research, reports, and sales activity.
  • Research account history and develop strategic plans tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Develop working knowledge of company products, services, and operational procedures to better support clients and internal teams.
