Fulltime Salary: $85,000-$95,000 with Bonus incentive

We are a fast-growing business coaching and leadership company helping female entrepreneurs in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry build profitable, freedom-based businesses.

We’re looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial marketer and operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning ideas into scalable systems, content, and growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work directly with the founder to help transform thought leadership, launches, podcast content, curriculum, and brand vision into a high-performing marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing initiatives across Instagram, email, podcast, YouTube, launches, and brand campaigns
• Turn long-form content and ideas into multi-channel marketing assets
• Build systems and AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva
• Support launches, events, retreats, and educational programs
• Create scalable systems for audience growth, lead generation, and conversion
• Track KPIs, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities
• Manage contractors, creatives, and future team support as the company scales

Ideal Background

• Experience in marketing, brand operations, content strategy, growth marketing, or a similar role
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-performance environment
• Experience in coaching, wellness, aesthetics, or personal brand-driven businesses is a plus
