The Role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload including:
- Orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
- Neurologic diagnoses
- Balance and vestibular disorders
- Spine and mobility impairments
- Sports and overuse injuries
Therapists are encouraged to collaborate closely with colleagues, think critically, and build meaningful patient relationships while developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment progression and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development
- Support a positive and collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
- Massachusetts licensure or eligibility preferred
- New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
- Full-time outpatient position
- Two evening shifts per week required unless otherwise approved
