The Role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including:
- Orthopedic and post-operative conditions
- Neurologic diagnoses
- Balance and vestibular disorders
- Functional mobility impairments
- Sports and overuse injuries
Therapists are encouraged to think critically, collaborate closely with colleagues, and build meaningful relationships with patients and families while creating individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment progression and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development
- Foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday 4x10
