Community Liaison / Hospice Sales $10,000 Sign on bonus

Compensation:

$65,000–$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Schedule:8:30am-4:30pm M-F| Field Base position

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources

• Grow referral partnerships through outreach to hospitals, SNFs, social workers, and community providers

• Promote hospice services within the service area and drive census growth

• Educate patients and families regarding hospice services and philosophy of care

• Conduct community outreach and serve as an ambassador for compassionate patient care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute)

• Minimum 2 years healthcare sales/marketing experience required

• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience developing new referral sources and maintaining existing accounts

• Clinical background is a plus

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
