We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead a high-performing perioperative team within a nationally recognized specialty hospital focused on women’s and children’s healthcare.

This is an opportunity to oversee a fast-paced, growing surgical department while partnering closely with executive leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Department Overview:

• High-volume surgical program performing approximately 6,000+ cases annually

• Advanced perioperative environment with multiple surgical specialties

• Robotics program in place

• Expanding pediatric and specialty surgical programs

• Oversight of approximately 90+ FTEs with leadership team support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred)

• Recent Surgical Services leadership experience required

• Director experience preferred; strong Manager-level experience considered

• Previous Surgical Services clinical background required

• Pediatric, Women’s Services, Mother Baby, NICU, or related experience highly preferred
