Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients and parents on treatment options and proper oral healthcare
• Collaborate with clinical staff regarding patient treatment plans
• Mentor and consult with treating dentists on clinical cases
• Prescribe medications when appropriate
• Maintain thorough documentation of diagnoses, medications, treatments, and consultations
• Serve as the clinical leader of a large, multi-specialty practice
• Promote consistent standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license
• Current CDS and DEA licenses
• Minimum of five years of clinical dental experience
• Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Ability and desire to lead a large, collaborative clinical team
