What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Treat patients with upper extremity, hand, wrist, and related orthopedic conditions
• Help patients restore function, mobility, strength, and independence
• Educate patients on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other members of the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources within the community

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Interest or experience in orthopedic and hand therapy
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
