Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist / Clinic Director to lead a thriving outpatient physical therapy clinic in Cathedral City, California.

The Role
The Clinic Director is accountable for the overall leadership, operations, team performance, and patient care experience within the clinic.
This position requires a full-time commitment of 40+ hours per week and offers the opportunity to remain involved in direct patient care while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and support team members.
- Monitor clinic performance, operational metrics, and financial results.
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to support clinic growth.
- Build and maintain relationships within the local healthcare and professional community.
- Oversee front office operations in partnership with front office leadership.
- Support and implement organizational policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among clinic team members.
- Participate in direct patient care based on clinic needs and leadership responsibilities.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing clinic culture.

Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required.
- Candidates licensed outside of California may be considered if eligible for California Physical Therapist licensure.
- Previous outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability or interest in clinic leadership and management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational and team leadership responsibilities.
Compensation Options
We offer multiple compensation structures designed to provide flexibility based on your professional and financial goals.
Option A: Higher Risk / Higher Reward
- Lower base salary at the applicable exempt minimum
- 25% bonus based on the clinic's monthly net profit
Option B: Lower Risk / Greater Income Stability
- $80,000 base salary
- 15% bonus based on the clinic's monthly net profit
Your total earning potential can vary based on clinic performance, leadership effectiveness, and the compensation structure selected.
