Compensation: $43.00 – $53.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including the option for four 10-hour days

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily treating orthopedic conditions, while incorporating a strong emphasis on manual therapy, fitness, wellness, and individualized patient care.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and identify individualized treatment goals
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve motion, mobility, strength, and function
• Utilize hands-on and manual therapy techniques when appropriate
• Create fitness and wellness programs to support long-term patient success
• Help patients transition from injury and rehabilitation toward improved health and wellness
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• One to two years of clinical experience preferred
• New graduates with a strong fitness background are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
• A passion for helping patients achieve their health, mobility, and wellness goals
