Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safe transfers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support coordinated care and successful outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, functional recovery, and quality outcomes.
