Territory Sales Representative - Dental Laboratory (Pennsylvania)

About the Opportunity

An established, growing full-service dental laboratory in Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to build and grow relationships with dental practices across an assigned PA territory. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants strong earning potential and a clear path for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new dental office accounts within the assigned territory
• Grow and retain existing accounts through regular in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and consistent follow-up
• Present the lab's full range of products and services (crown & bridge, implants, removables, digital/CAD-CAM restorations)
• Partner with dentists and office teams to understand their needs and resolve case or service issues
• Collaborate with lab production and customer service to ensure on-time, high-quality case delivery
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and accounts in the CRM
• Represent the lab at study clubs, trade shows, and local dental events
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience; dental lab, dental supply, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and restorative products is a plus
• Proven track record of hunting new business and growing accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the territory
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
• Plus 10% commission
