Physical Therapist (PT) – Night Shift

Location: Longview, Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Compensation: $36.97–$55.45/hour, based on experience

Experience: Hospital experience preferred; new graduates welcome!

Position Overview

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join a hospital rehabilitation team in Longview, TX. This is a night-shift opportunity for an experienced hospital-based PT or a new graduate ready to begin their career in a clinical setting.

You'll assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitation services focused on improving mobility, restoring function, and helping patients achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and overall physical function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Recommend appropriate therapeutic equipment and educate patients and families on safe mobility and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; doctorate preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
