Registered Dental Hygienist – Assisted Hygiene

Compensation: $55–$60 per hour, plus commission

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice offering assisted hygiene in a professional, team-oriented environment. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission, allowing you to earn beyond your hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Take dental radiographs and identify potential oral health concerns.
• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) when clinically indicated.
• Evaluate patients' oral health and provide education on preventive care and recommended treatments.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent qualifying education.
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Experience in corporate dentistry preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Denticon is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient education, preventive care, and high-quality clinical treatment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and the broader clinical team.
