Schedule: Two day-shift openings and one evening-shift opening; Monday–Friday with flexibility

Pay: $37.86–$56.79 per hour

Relocation: Considered case by case

A healthcare organization in the Corpus Christi area is hiring three Emergency Department Nurse Managers. Two roles lead hospital-based ED teams; the third leads a freestanding emergency department. One hospital role is newly created, while the other two openings are replacements.

The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, nursing practice, patient flow, quality outcomes, and the patient experience. This leader coaches staff, coordinates care across disciplines, and maintains clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BSN.
• Two years of recent acute-care ED leadership experience, including experience within the past year. ED charge nurse experience will be considered.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Ability to obtain ACLS within 90 days; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 days; and ENPC, PALS, and TNCC within six months of starting.
