We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing virtual healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to provide accessible, patient-focused primary care to individuals across multiple states through a combination of video consultations and secure text-based communication.

The ideal candidate is personable, clinically confident, comfortable working independently, and enthusiastic about incorporating technology into everyday patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual primary care visits, evaluating and treating patients through video and digital communication platforms.
• Assess symptoms, establish diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and order and review diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Develop individualized care plans and ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
• Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute clinical insight and feedback to improve digital healthcare tools and patient experiences.
• Participate in initiatives that support patient engagement, education, and clinical outreach.

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner/APRN licenses in New York and Texas (both required and/or willingness to obtain).
• At least one year of experience practicing as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an approachable and patient-centered demeanor.
• Excellent written communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to practice autonomously while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new digital platforms and clinical systems.
• Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule of 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Pacific Time

Preferred Qualifications

• Active APRN licenses in additional states.
• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills.
• Previous experience delivering virtual or telehealth-based care.
