Orthopedic Occupational Therapist– 5 day or 4 x 10 schedule

Title: Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial patient evaluations to assess the patient’s condition
• Developing individualized treatment plans for each patient using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities like heat/cold therapy or electrical stimulation
• Monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educating patients about injury prevention and self-care techniques
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice Occupational therapy in New Jersey
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
