Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, patient-focused Doctor of Chiropractic to join a busy, established practice in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a strong first role for a new or recent graduate who wants to build clinical confidence with mentorship, a steady patient schedule from day one, and a clear path to growing their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient exams, histories and assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using a range of techniques (e.g., Diversified, Activator, Thompson)
• Provide adjunct therapies such as soft-tissue work, therapeutic exercise and modalities
• Order and review X-rays as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, home exercise and wellness
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR in line with insurance and compliance standards
• Work with the front-office team on scheduling, patient retention and community outreach events

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a CCE-accredited program
• Active Ohio chiropractic license, or eligible to obtain one before starting
• NBCE Parts I–IV completed (or in progress for upcoming graduates)
• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable building a patient base
• Eager to learn, coachable, and motivated by patient outcomes
• Externship or clinical rotation experience in a private practice is a plus
