Job Summary Delivers continuous, comprehensive outpatient care spanning prenatal, postpartum, gynecological, and minor surgical services while upholding evidence-based protocols, quality standards, and practice policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Conduct routine wellness exams, manage high-risk prenatal care, and perform outpatient procedures including colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and IUD insertions.
• Practice Oversight: Lead clinical workflows, supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and review diagnostic findings.
• Quality & Safety: Active participant in quality improvement (QI) initiatives and patient safety case reviews.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to Department Chief

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active, unrestricted Virginia Medical License
• Active DEA registration

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000 – $310,000 / year (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE)
• Incentives: Productivity and quality bonus structures available
