We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced and collaborative team. This role requires quick thinking, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As an ER RN, you will care for patients with a range of conditions—from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies—ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with various acute conditions.
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on clinical assessment and patient needs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and provide appropriate referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Emergency Room RN in an acute care setting (required).
• Licensure:
• Active RN license (compact license acceptable, with expectation to apply for Florida licensure).
• If under 3 years of RN experience, candidates must pass the Florida NCLEX prior to consideration (if not already licensed in Florida).
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma (required).
• Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required prior to start.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required within 90 days of start.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required within 90 days of start.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of start.
