Job Summary

We are looking for a talented CAD/CAM Designer to join our innovative dental laboratory team. In this role, you will leverage advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technologies to create high-quality dental restorations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and other dental restorations using leading CAD software (such as 3Shape, Exocad, or Dental Wings)
• Prepare digital models for milling, 3D printing, and other manufacturing processes
• Collaborate closely with dentists, dental technicians, and lab managers to ensure restorations meet the highest standards of fit, function, and esthetics
• Optimize digital designs for accuracy, efficiency, and optimal material usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to maintain exceptional quality standards
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, materials, and digital dental technologies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CAD/CAM dental design (preferred)
• Proficiency with 3Shape and/or Exocad software
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative materials
• Hands-on experience with milling machines, 3D printers, scanners, and digital workflows in a dental lab environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of esthetics
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Dental Technology, Digital Dentistry, or a related field
• Experience with CAM software for milling and 3D printing
• Familiarity with a variety of dental materials (e.g., zirconia, e.max, PMMA)
