Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school-based outpatient team. In this role, you’ll provide speech therapy services to children within the school system, in alignment with physician referrals and individualized education plans (IEPs). You will collaborate with other disciplines, involve families in care, and contribute to meaningful progress for students in both academic and daily life activities. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver school-based speech therapy services as prescribed.
- Conduct annual school screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
- Integrate findings with other disciplines to develop and implement individualized education/intervention plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct treatment and ongoing assessment to help students meet IEP goals.
- Educate and coach families to support therapy goals at home.
- Collaborate with school staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation by applicable standards and protocols.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Minimum education requirements are a Master's Degree in a related study
- Current or eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience or pediatric focus is a plus
