🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Days | No Weekends 7am-4pm

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for GI/Endoscopy services? We’re seeking a dynamic RN Endoscopy Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

🔹 Position Highlights:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Endoscopy Department
• Supervise clinical staff, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient case flow
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership on quality initiatives and patient care standards
• Oversee compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and infection control protocols
• Contribute to staff education, training, and professional development

🔹 Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BSN required; Master’s preferred or in progress
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in Endoscopy, GI Lab, or Procedural Services
• At least 1 year in a leadership or charge RN capacity
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
