CHT) Certified Hand Therapist / Occupational Therapist

Location: Seattle, Washington ( Relocation + Sign On Bonus)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care for patients with upper extremity injuries, post-surgical conditions, and complex hand therapy needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including splinting, exercise programs, and functional retraining
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with active state licensure
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new CHTs are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, clinical, and patient-advocacy skills
