Opportunity Overview

Seeking an experienced Emergency Department nursing leader to join a high-acuity ER team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong ER Charge Nurse ready to advance into management, or an experienced ER Manager seeking a new leadership opportunity.

The Emergency Room Manager will provide clinical leadership, support staff development, drive quality initiatives, and ensure exceptional patient care outcomes within a fast-paced acute care environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department leadership experience (within the last year) in an acute care hospital setting
• ER Charge Nurse experience will be considered
• Previous Manager-level experience strongly preferred
• High-acuity Emergency Department experience preferred

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• BSN preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice and/or Compact RN license

Required within 90 days of hire:

• ACLS
• TNCC
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
• ENPC or PALS
