This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a close-knit, patient-focused emergency team in a 17-bed ED serving a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Position Highlights

• Permanent, full-time role (36 hours/week)
• No on-call requirements
• 2 openings available:
• • 1 Day Shift
• • 1 Night Shift
• RN Level: RN II or RN III (based on experience)
• Urgent need

Emergency Department Snapshot

• 17-bed Emergency Department
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• ~58 patients per day
• Treats all ages and a wide range of typical ED diagnoses
• Charge Nurse on every shift; Manager on-site days and available after hours

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active RN license
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive salary (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000 (based on experience and level)
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $7,500 (based on distance/eligibility)
• Shift differentials available
