Neurosurgery/Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) – Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus – New Grads Welcome

Registered Nurse (RN)_Neurosurgery/Neurology Dept

• $25k for experienced RN's (Only need 1+ yrs of clinical / bedside experience)
• $20K for new Grad RN's
• Night Shift

Essential Functions

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using medical history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in alignment with established standards of practice and physician-directed treatment plans
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing interventions to support optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct hourly patient rounding to promote safety, comfort, and timely response to care needs
• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care environment for patients, families, and visitors
• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and organizational quality improvement efforts
• Engage in continuous professional development through education, goal setting, and skills advancement

Required Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Active South Carolina RN license or compact (multi-state) RN license

Required Certifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional unit-specific certifications as required
