The Role at a Glance

As a Registered Dental Hygienist on our team, your primary focus is delivering high-touch, personalized care. Your responsibilities include:

• Concierge Care: Delivering exceptional chairside manners that build lasting trust and a premium patient experience.
• Preventative Diagnostics: Identifying early signs of periodontal disease and oral cancers to enhance overall systemic health.
• Clinical Precision: Performing thorough oral hygiene procedures aligned with customized treatment plans.
• Advanced Imaging: Capturing high-quality x-rays and intraoral images to assist in treatment planning and progress tracking.
• Patient Advocacy: Educating patients on tailored at-home care and maintenance to ensure long-term oral health.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records of medical histories, patient concerns, and clinical findings.
• Safety & Preparedness: Confidently managing emergency protocols and adverse patient reactions with a calm, professional demeanor.

What We’re Looking For

We hire for both skill and heart. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Active RDH License: A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) Certification is required.
• Clinical Expertise: A deep understanding of comprehensive dentistry, patient screening, and periodontal therapy.
• Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex clinical needs into clear, empathetic patient education.
