Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions to patients with diverse diagnoses and mobility challenges.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state(s) where services are delivered.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Additional training or experience may be required depending on department or specialty area
