Why This Role Will Define Your Career
This is not just a Director role — this is a legacy-building opportunity. Imagine leading surgical services at a 388-bed Silicon Valley hospital equipped with 12 operating rooms, a world-class robotics program, and key service lines spanning General Surgery, Spine, Ortho, Open Heart, and Neurosurgery. You will oversee a high-performing team of 50–55 FTEs, report directly to the VP of Surgical Services, and have the full support of 1 dedicated manager — giving you the bandwidth to lead strategically, not just operationally.
This facility is a recognized leader in advanced cardiology, a Joint Commission Accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center, and one of only 3 hospitals in the United States to receive a 5th consecutive Outstanding Achievement Award from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. The bar here is high — and that is exactly what makes it exciting.
The Robotics Program Alone Will Impress You
- 2 Globus Systems

- 4 da Vinci Systems (2 Xi, 1 DV5, 1 SP)
