CVICU RN- Nights and Rotating Weekends

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment? We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join a premier healthcare facility in North Central Florida.

Job Summary

As a CVICU RN, you will be part of a collaborative, supportive team providing care for our most critically ill patients. This role requires expertise in managing complex clinical scenarios, including patients on ventilators and various titration drips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Deliver high-focus clinical care with a constant commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU experience. Candidates with 2+ years of PCU experience may be considered.
• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or an approved multistate/Compact RN license (Compact holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation).
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Certifications: * BLS (within 30 days of hire), ACLS (within 90 days of hire)
