Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Oncology (BMT)

Full-Time | Day Shift

Salary: $134,368 – $152,150 annually (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (2-year commitment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with a focus in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology to support a collaborative, patient-centered care team. This role involves direct involvement in complex oncology patient care, working closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize medication therapy and clinical outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 40 hours per week

• No weekend or holiday requirements

• Participation in after-hours call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for BMT and oncology patients

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

• Manage and monitor complex medication regimens

• Participate in clinical decision-making and therapy adjustments

• Support patient education and medication counseling

• Contribute to clinical initiatives and best practice development

Requirements

• PharmD required

• PGY2 Oncology Residency or equivalent experience required

• Experience in Bone Marrow Transplant and/or Oncology preferred

• BLS and ACLS required

• Board Certification (BCOP) preferred at hire, required within 2 years

Additional Information

• No float requirements

• Strong preference for candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience
