Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation | Full-Time | New Graduates Welcome

Practice Overview
This is an established outpatient orthopedic practice led by an experienced Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. The practice provides a diverse patient population and a collaborative environment where quality patient care is the priority.
The patient mix includes:
- Workers’ Compensation
- Medicare
- Auto Accident
- Sports Medicine
The clinic sees approximately 45 patient visits per week, with a standard appointment length of 45 minutes, allowing for a focused and patient-centered approach to treatment.

Position Summary
Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant will play an important role in providing quality outpatient rehabilitation services.
You’ll assist with implementing individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who wants to develop professionally while working directly alongside an experienced Physical Therapist in an established orthopedic practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals.
- Treat a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, including workers’ compensation, Medicare, auto accident, and sports medicine cases.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs.
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, function, and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a professional outpatient setting.
- Collaborate closely with the Physical Therapist to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
