Compensation
$58,656–$75,000 annually, including a productivity-based bonus program.
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal Trainer / Movement Specialist to join a collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare and wellness team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fitness professional who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. You will work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and fitness levels while collaborating with other health and movement professionals to deliver individualized, high-quality care.

What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver individualized fitness and movement programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and needs.
- Provide safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions.
- Help clients improve strength, mobility, movement quality, overall fitness, and long-term health.
- Work collaboratively with physical therapists, health coaches, and other movement professionals.
- Educate and motivate clients to build sustainable habits that support their health and wellness goals.
- Utilize corrective exercise and movement strategies when appropriate.
- Build strong, professional relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Continue developing your skills through mentorship, education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional or volunteer experience in fitness, wellness, exercise, or a related field.
- Active nationally recognized certification such as ACSM, NASM, or a comparable professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming, movement, and client safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Corrective exercise
- Health coaching
- Strength and conditioning
- Exercise programming for special populations
- Pilates instruction, including Reformer and/or Mat
- Yoga instruction
- Olympic lifting
- Group fitness instruction
- Community health or wellness programs
