Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Mental Health

• Location: Queens, NY-Onsite
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | One late day per week (11:00 AM–7:00 PM)
• Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually
• Organization: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Our client, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative clinical team providing mental health assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

Required Experience: Must have clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers through adults.

Clinical Experience: 2+ years preferred.

License: Active NYS LCSW license required.

Language Skills: Spanish or another language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency mental health services.
• Coordinate referrals to mental health providers and community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals.
• Participate in case conferences and care management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Provide patient and family support and education.
