Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. The Physician will be responsible for managing a panel of patients, providing comprehensive primary care services, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage and coordinate patient care across multiple settings and specialties.
  • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR). 
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical practice guidelines.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor medical support staff as needed.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
  • Potentially participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  • Monday--Friday schedule, with rotating weekend/call requirements


Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. 
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in NJ.
  • Current DEA and state controlled substance license.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
